Listserv Protocol
We are delighted that the CP listserv has such robust use. It has become an outstanding communication tool for our members.
The listserv is designed to support important conversations in the field that affect members' day-to-day activities and large-scale thinking, where they can access the brainpower of the larger group, knowing that somewhere in the mix there is a colleague who has analogous experience or recommendations that can quickly solve a problem or answer a question. It is a place to share successes, career resources, and industry innovations. The listserv underscores the fact that CP is a community of colleagues who are eager to use their collective experience and knowledge to serve a greater good.
Please note the following:
Some of our members wear two hats of presenting and producing. It is important that presenters feel they have a safe place to discuss things without being pitched by promoters or agents.

Please note the following:
- Post only news and information relevant to CP. Do not distribute any SPAM, solicitation, jokes, chain letters, petitions for signatures, commercial messages, etc.
- Only send a message to the entire group when it contains information that benefits everyone.
- Posts should address the group at large rather than specific individuals. Remember that when you reply it goes to everyone.
- Please send messages such as "thanks" or "me, too" to individuals--not to the entire list.
