Professional Development
California Presenters’ leadership position is exemplified by excellent member programs through networking, knowledge exchange, mentorship and learning opportunities.
Mentorship Opportunities
CP creates professional development opportunities for emerging talent (artistic, marketing, education, finance, etc.) to learn from experienced leaders in the field. We are committed to developing new audiences representing our state’s changing demographics; CP is dedicated to developing tomorrow’s arts leaders today.
The California Presenters Leadership Program is a year-long, intensive one-on-one mentorship program aimed to assist emerging arts presenters of diverse levels of experience to develop leadership skills. We hand-pair promising administrators with well-respected, senior CP members who have demonstrated a personal commitment to advancing the professional development.
Click here for more information on the mentorship program. DEADLINE to submit 2024-25 applications is March 22, 2024.
Webinars
Since 2009, CP has conducted Webinar series featuring nationally recognized leaders in the arts. The Webinars support the exchange of ideas on issues of relevance and importance to our field.
