By registering for the 2022 California Presenters Conference June 1 – 3 in Los Angeles, California all attendees agree to:
If an attendee has had close contact with someone known to have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the conference, they should either:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By purchasing registration to the 2022 California Presenters Conference, you agree that you have voluntarily assumed these risks and you voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims.

By registering for the 2022 California Presenters Conference June 1 – 3 in Los Angeles, California all attendees agree to:
- Abide by the guidelines established by the City of Los Angeles regarding mask use and social distancing. As these guidelines are fluid, for the latest information please visit www.lamayor.org/COVID19Orders.
- Have completed vaccination against Covid-19 and received one booster.
If an attendee has had close contact with someone known to have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the conference, they should either:
- bring proof of a negative test result completed within the previous 48 hours (home test or clinical tests)
- not attend.
If an attendee is symptomatic with symptoms known to be associated with COVID-19 and they are not experiencing seasonal allergies, they must either:
- provide a negative test result completed within the previous 24 hours (home or clinical) for each day that they attend the conference
- not attend.
Individuals who do not comply with these requirements will not be admitted to the Conference.
