Conference Scholarships Available
California Presenters is pleased to offer a select number of full and partial scholarships covering registration, lodging and/or in-state travel.
Scholarships are available to the following:
Note: Scholarship recipients will be asked to work up to two hours during the conference and will be asked to share a hotel room with another scholarship recipient of the same gender.
Applications are closed for the 2019 Membership Conference.

- Staff member of a presenting organization that has never been a California Presenter member
- Staff member of a presenting organization that has not been member in the past two years or longer
- Staff member of a current California Presenters member who has had travel or conference budget cut, but wants to remain active
- 'Next Generation’ staff member (under 35) of a current California Presenters member
- College student with interest in presenting field

PLEASE NOTE: Conference registration is open to presenters only. As of January 1, 2011 affiliate membership has been discontinued. CP continues to work with artists, agents and managers to find ways to continue dialogue and collaboration.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Conference registration cancellation must occur before April 30, 2019. California Presenters will refund your registration fee minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $50. No refunds after April 30, 2019.
