Reanna Bradford serves as Chief Financial Officer for Livermore Valley Arts, where she oversees finance, human resources, and facilities for the Bankhead Theater and Bothwell Arts Center. She has been with the organization for more than a decade and brings a practical, organization-wide perspective to nonprofit arts leadership. 

Her work includes budgeting, financial forecasting, audit oversight, HR administration, facilities planning, and helping connect big-picture goals with the day-to-day realities of running an arts organization. She works closely with staff, board leadership, resident companies, community partners, and civic leaders to support the long-term sustainability of the organization and its role as a regional arts and cultural resource. 

Reanna is particularly interested in the behind-the-scenes work that helps arts organizations stay strong, sustainable, and responsive to their communities. She values collaboration, clear communication, and practical problem-solving, especially as nonprofit arts organizations navigate shared challenges around audience development, financial sustainability, accessibility, and changing community needs.

Outside of work, Reanna enjoys live performance, hiking, photography, and a well-organized spreadsheet.
