Ginny Hayward

As the first employee hired for the Irvine Barclay Theatre, Ginny Hayward has held a variety of positions within the organization such as administration during the construction of the theatre; fundraising; special event coordination; contracts management; board liaison. For the past decade she served as the Director of Programming. Ginny now holds the position of Associate Vice President of Administration.

In addition to her tenure with the Barclay, Ginny was selected in 2001 to serve on
Disneyland Resort’s Special Events Team for three grand openings -- the Grand
Californian Hotel; Downtown Disney; and Disney’s California Adventure.

Ginny has been a guest lecturer annually for the UCI Department of Dance Arts Management course on topics that include board management, non-profit rules and regulations, programming for performing arts centers, agent negotiations and contracts management. She enjoys sharing her professional experience to nurture the next generation of arts leaders.
