To join, please download, fill out and return the membership application form with your payment to California Presenters at P.O. Box 19748, Sacramento, CA 95819. Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software which can be downloaded for free.

You can also pay online to join or renew your membership using PayPal. (see form below).

Annual Dues Renewal Via Online Payment

Choose your category of membership from the options listed below. You will be taken to a PayPal payment window where you will have the option to pay using your credit card without signing up for PayPal or making payment using PayPal if you have an existing account or wish to create a new PayPal account.

New Members

Download and fill out the membership application form. Follow the instructions above for online payment and mail the completed form to California Presenters at P.O. Box 19748, Sacramento, CA 95819. If you prefer to pay by check, enclose it with the form.

Annual Artist Fee Budget of $1,000,000 and over ($5 processing fee has been added to price.)	$280
Annual Artist Fee Budget of $500,000 to $1,000,000 ($5 processing fee has been added to price.)	$230
Annual Artist Fee Budget of $100,000 to $500,000 ($5 processing fee has been added to price.)	$180
Annual Artist Fee Budget of $99,999 and under ($5 processing fee has been added to price.)	$130
